Salt Lake City, UT - May 21, 2007 - Salt Lake Life Science Angels (SLLSA) announced today that it has made an investment in Larada Sciences, Inc., an early-stage company developing a technology for the safe and effective non-chemical treatment of head lice.In 2006, SLLSA invested in:
- Q Therapeutics, Inc., a company developing cell-based therapies to treat multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, enzyme deficiency diseases, and other demyelinating diseases of the central nervous system; and
- SentrX Animal Care, Inc, a leading provider of innovative healing biomaterials for horses and small animals.
