Salt Lake Life Science Angels Invests in VisualShare

Salt Lake City, UT - October 7, 2008 - Salt Lake Life Science Angels (SLLSA) announced today that it has made an investment in Salt Lake City-based VisualShare, Inc. VisualShare provides Software-as-a-Service solutions for web-based, multi-user image collaboration. Its current products focus on medical and scientific imaging applications.

This financing will allow VisualShare to attract executive management and accelerate the Company's sales and marketing strategy for VisualStrata^TM, a platform for web-based review and documentation in preclinical imaging studies.

Previously, VisualShare has launched the TeleCAM^TM solution for managing child abuse, as well as e-Consult^TM, which is based on the VisualStrata^TM platform for web-based telemedicine consultations and peer review of images for medical diagnosis.
